The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) is celebrating an important milestone: the 10th anniversary of its retitling. Since its retitling in 2016, EdUHK, true to its ‘Education-plus’ principle, has progressed towards its vision of ‘Education Futures’. Over the past decade, EdUHK has worked in the areas of teaching, research, innovation, knowledge transfer, and international engagement to become an education-focused university, combining multidisciplinary strengths and an international perspective.

Structured in three main sections, this exhibition traces the evolution of EdUHK in the section ‘History and Development of EdUHK’; showcases its remarkable achievements in academics, research, elite athlete students, and international collaboration in the section ‘A Decade of Excellence’; and highlights its exceptional commitment to technology, character development, holistic development, and social responsibility in the section ‘Bridging Innovative Education and Social Impact’.

Ten years of hard work have laid a solid foundation and opened up new prospects. While perpetuating its noble traditions, EdUHK is committed to meeting the opportunities and challenges of the new era. Looking ahead, the University will work towards establishing a more forward-looking, flexible, and globally oriented education system, to develop talent for Hong Kong, the nation, and the world.
