HKME Friends is the Museum’s membership programme. Through a vibrant calendar of events, talks, classes and exclusive tours, the programme delivers meaningful and enjoyable experiences for our members.

Since its inception in 2009, the Hong Kong Museum of Education has provided visitors, students, teachers and researchers with a deeper understanding of educational heritage. Exciting collections, captivating talks, insightful exhibits and inspirational educational activities are all part of its life. The public programmes presented by HKME are free of charge and open to all.

HKME is seeking the general support of people who share our passion for educational heritage and informal educational opportunities to ensure that they are sustained for future generations. Individuals, companies and charitable trusts can support our work through donation of artefacts or monetary donation.
